The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for managing the field research and implementation of our Lead Poisoning Prevention Program in Brazil. This role will provide technical guidance to the country team on the design, implementation, and evaluation of lead surveillance systems, data analysis and dissemination, and the planning and execution of key stakeholder engagement activities. The position will also monitor project progress and ensure alignment with program goals and timelines. This role involves close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of environmental health scientists, epidemiologists, clinicians, public health professionals, and statisticians, as well as engagement with high-level government officials.
